Typing Bullets (Medieval Edition)

Typing Bullets (Medieval Edition) was initially thought of as a short minigame proto-type for Typing Bullets. I really liked the reflection filter and the godray filter from PixiJS, and wanted to make a game using these.

Please note that this is a prototype, so there will be some bugs...

At the moment, this minigame is just a prototype (and probably it will remain a prototype for the foreseeable future), but I thought that someone might enjoy the game as is.

Basic controls:

Right at the beginning of the game, you have to press the Escape key to start. Press Escape to pause. Sorry, I am aware it's not the most intuitive way to start a game, but I just wanted to launch this game as soon as I could.

You move your characters by pressing the platform you are on. Depending on which of them is sitting in front, if you press the Space key you can attack. You should shoot at the sticks of dynamite that come flying towards you, as well as the explosive barrels. Beware of the blast radius. You can also shoot at the goblins, but an arrow might not be enough to take them down.  

In that case, you can use Ctrl to swap between characters, and swing your sword instead.

Typing Bullets, which has similar gameplay mechanics to the game that is playable above, but it's still very different, is available now on Steam. I think it's a fun way to learn how to type faster, and learn new words at the same time:

A very important note on the words that may appear in the game: games should be enjoyed by everybody, and so I did my best to remove all the bad and hateful words that I could find.
